GOTS certification covers the entire organic cotton supply chain — from field harvest through ginning, spinning, weaving, dyeing, and finishing. Our organic cotton fabrics carry a valid GOTS licence, providing your procurement team with the transaction certificates required by EU textile traceability regulations. Ideal for brands selling into the German and French sustainable fashion markets where greenwashing litigation risk is high.

Verified Recycled Content for rPET Fabrics

Our recycled polyester fabrics are produced from post-consumer PET — primarily recovered plastic bottles — and certified under the Global Recycled Standard. GRS provides the chain-of-custody documentation required to substantiate recycled content claims in product labelling under the EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR). Each certified lot includes a Scope Certificate for your compliance records.

All dyestuffs and process chemicals used in our manufacturing facilities are REACH-compliant. We maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for every chemical in use and can provide SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) declaration letters for import clearance, customs documentation, and downstream product safety assessments. No restricted azo dyes. No alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEOs).

Our facility enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on child labour, employs all workers under documented contracts at wages that meet or exceed state statutory minimums, and maintains safe working conditions audited annually. We supply a completed Social Compliance Self-Assessment questionnaire (aligned with the amfori BSCI framework) to any buyer requiring it for their own ESG reporting under CSRD.

The EU Ecodesign Regulation mandates Digital Product Passports for textile products sold in the EU market, phased from 2026. Nilkanth Tex maintains structured product data — fibre composition, country of origin, dyeing method, water and energy consumption indicators — in a format compatible with DPP data carrier requirements. We work with your compliance team to provide the upstream product data needed to populate your DPP records.
